(At Store #1 we have 24 hour access) Physical address: Mail and parcels will be addressed to a street address with PMB number and a suite number. This provides a secure and private mailing and shipping address for the at-home business and provides a physical address for other carriers such as UPS and FedEx to deliver to. Convenient receiving service: We'll not only receive your mail, but also parcels from all common carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Convenient Call-to-Check service: You can check your box with a simple phone call, even when you are out of town. Forwarding service: Whether you live out of town or just travel a lot you can use our forwarding service to get your mail and packages sent to you on a weekly basis or just when you call. Privacy: You may have all your mail delivered here, or you may opt to use it only for special correspondence or private business matters. Provides privacy and prevents others from rifling through your mail. Price: Monthly rental rates for our private mailboxes are $10 per month for a small box (3" x 4" x 15"), $15 per month for our medium box (4" x 6" x 15"), with three month minimum and a $10 refundable key deposit. If you rent boxes for six months you get one month free. If you rent them for one year you get three months free. You get one set of keys with each rental...extra keys are $1.95 each. Forwarding services: We can schedule to forward your mail to the same address in the U.S. every Friday for $3.00 per forwarding plus postage. Any other arrangement will be considered "forward on demand" and will be charged $4.00 per forwarding plus postage. Mail sent to international addresses will be charged $5.00 per forwarding plus postage. A deposit is required for our forwarding services. ID Requirements: You must provide two of the following to meet the application requirements to rent a private mailbox (one must be a photo ID): Valid driver's license or state issued ID, Armed Forces ID, Government Issued ID, University ID, Recognized corporate ID, Passport, Alien registration card, Current lease, mortgage or deed, Voter registration card, Utility bill, Home or vehicle insurance policy, Vehicle registration card. (Non-acceptable forms of IDs are: social security cards or numbers, credit cards, and birth certificates.) Important: When you close your box you can not move out with a "change of address" card. You must either notify people in advance or use our forwarding service. Note: On your application you must provide your home address and phone number. When this information changes you must update the information on your application. Every person or business that is to receive mail at our locations must complete an application (except minor children). No exceptions for adults.
